Problems such as yours are sometimes caused by files that should belong to you but are locked or have wrong permissions. If you have an account on Pastebin, please don't select Private from the Paste Exposure menu on the page, because then no one but you will be able to see it. Please post the text on Pastebin, then post a link here to the page you created. When you post the log extract, you might see an error message on the web page: "You have included content in your post that is not permitted," or "The message contains invalid characters." That's a bug in the forum software. Some private information, such as your name or email address, may appear in the log. Please don't post screenshots of log messages-post the text. Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough. When posting a log extract, be selective. The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.

Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Select any lines that appear in the Console window. Then take an action that isn't working the way you expect. If you don't see that list, selectįrom the menu bar at the top of the screen.Ĭlick the Clear Display icon in the toolbar. If it isn't, selectįrom the log list on the left. The title of the Console window should be All Messages. ☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name. #Freemacsoft appcleaner how to
Im thinking deleting the files did this because I reinstalled the OS using the recovery HD.ĭoes anyone know how to fix the UI lag? I know other people are having this issue searching google and this forum but no clear answer has come up. Im not sure if the files I deleted with apple support caused this or reinstalling the OS did this. Also I'm not sure if this is relevant however, my recovery HD (accessible from startup holding the alt/option key) is not an option anymore. None of this helped, my UI lag is still here and going well. Apple had me reset the Pram as well as delete files including: I have reinstalled the OS, as well as talked to apple. These issues are only effecting my base user, I created a test user and found that the test user did not have the UI Lag.

Ever since I upgraded my late 2013 Macbook Pro retina to El Capitan I have experienced user based lag, primarily opening safari animation and switching between desktops.
